Asphalt architectural
Our standard. TAMKO Heritage and Heritage Premium lines. Excellent value, broad color selection, 50-year limited warranty.
Class 4 impact-resistant
The hail-zone upgrade. Passes UL 2218 testing — a 2-inch steel ball dropped from 20 feet. Most Colorado carriers offer 5–30% premium discounts on roofs with Class 4 shingles. Common payback: 3–7 years.
Stone-coated steel
50-year roof with a metal core wrapped in a stone-granule finish. Looks like asphalt or tile, performs like metal. Exceptional hail performance.
Standing-seam metal
The architectural choice — clean lines, custom colors, 50-year lifespan, top-tier energy reflection. Best for steep-pitch builds with dormer detail.

A typical 2,000 sq ft single-story ranch lands around $10–14k. Class 4 upgrades add ~$500–1,500 but often pay back in 3–7 years through insurance discounts.
