Adjuster meeting

We meet your insurance adjuster on-site. We point out what they miss. We negotiate supplements when warranted.

Approval & build

Once approved, we order materials and put the new roof on — usually within 1 day. You sign off on completion photos.

  • Drone & ground inspection with full photo documentation
  • Writing the scope and supplements in Xactimate format
  • Meeting your adjuster on-site and walking them through the damage
  • Negotiating denied items or low-balled line items
  • Permits, material orders, dumpster, crew, and clean-up
  • Communicating with your mortgage company on the depreciation hold-back if applicable

Common questions

"Will my premium go up?"

In Colorado, weather-event claims (hail/wind) generally do not raise individual premiums — carriers price hail risk by ZIP, not by household. Filing a legitimate storm claim is what your policy is for.

"Do I have to use my insurance company's preferred contractor?"

No. Colorado law (and Texas law) gives you the right to choose your roofer. Carriers can recommend, but cannot require.

"What if my claim gets denied?"

It happens. We've reversed dozens of denials by re-documenting damage with drone imagery the original adjuster didn't see, and filing a re-inspect request. There's no fee for our help on the appeal.
